Our Service

Laboratories

The main responsibility of the BILSTEIN GROUP's in-house laboratory teams is to ensure our products are of a consistently high quality. Quality control experts inspect materials on arrival and approve them before shipping to ensure that standards, material specifications, and customer requirements have all been met. The results of these quality assurance tests are fed back to the production team, enabling ongoing improvements to our processes and products.

The second key area of their work is assisting our customers with any technical queries, for example by analyzing samples or providing specific material data.
